While winzip or winrar will work, i think I’ve got a simpler solution:

Step 1 – Save the file to your desktop
Step 2 – Right click the file -> Drag to ‘rename’
Step 3 – Amend ‘.zip’ to the end of the file and hit enter
Step 4 – Open zipped folder and view contents
