President of TLC Services, Terri has been servicing customers and businesses for over 20 years. Her true passion is assisting Coaches.
Having worked with Coaches – and having been coached by one herself – the appeal to empower others quickly became her own desire. Terri now enjoys helping Coaches to achieve their goals by enabling them to do focus on the work they love and not the intricacies needed to run a business.
TLC was born when the need for “virtual assistance” met the need for stay-at-home employment. The more Terri learned about Virtual Assistants, the more she realized that the concept of virtual assistance for Coaches had great benefits for both the Coach and the at-home worker. She now has a growing team of assistants to meet every client’s need.
Terri has a a wide background of accounting, computer and administrative education, with Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Empire State College. She also continues her education in Personal Coaching. Terri enjoys working out of her home, volunteering in her community, music, writing, and chocolate.
Her mission is to help others live the life they truly desire and be the support that helps them succeed.
Joe
Web Design Specialist
Joe, our resident Superman, is the man behind the curtain making sure the sites of our clients run smoothly and look amazing. Joe joined TLC in early 2008 and has been an indispensable part of the team ever since.
He also enjoys working with Kiva.org to bring more entrepreneurial opportunities to others in less developed countries; in fact he was interviewed by the Wall Street Journal regarding all his volunteer work with the popular non-profit.
Proficient in Linux, Dreamweaver, Wordpress, HTML, DHTML, PHP, MYSQL, Social Networking and Joomla (to name a few), Joe is keeping up with all the latest technology to keep our clients “in the know” and their sites up to speed.
Jeanne
Virtual Assistant Specialist
Jeanne began working with TLC as a stay-at-home mother longing to get back out into the work force, yet not ready to leave her post as a caregiver. Becoming a Virtual Assistant fulfilled both of those needs. Jeanne now thoroughly enjoys assisting clients in creating and offering quality products and services in a well-represented fashion, and in turn, growing their businesses. A satisfied client makes her day.
Jeanne has a degree in Occupational Studies and Paraprofessional Accounting, as well as years of hands-on experience in administration, customer services and various media platforms. She finds the exploration and study of new technology both interesting and rewarding.
Jeanne’s primary goal is to serve God by helping others. TLC has allowed her to do just that by enabling her to be a hands-on mother and also to provide honest, quality service to TLC clients. Her personal interests include spending time with family and friends and enjoying all aspects of creation via hiking, gardening and vicariously through her children.
Shelly
Transcription Specialist
Our expert transcriptionist, Shelly, has been providing transcription services for over 27 years. She started her career by working in various positions such as legal secretary, executive/administrative assistant, and office manager for top companies in the legal and business community. Over the years, through additional training and experience, she has developed a strong background in the legal, corporate, media, and court reporting fields. She then began working from home providing professional transcripts to the business and legal community. She quickly and accurately provides professional transcripts for our clients, always adding that extra effort that exceeds our clients’ expectations.
Shelly enjoys traveling and outdoor activities — especially the beach. She loves spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She’s also an avid animal lover. She enjoys working from home while helping others to succeed and takes great pride in her work.
She has an extensive and varied business background with a particular interest in business management and document production. She attended Clark State Community College, majoring in Court Reporting Technology and Business Management.
